Hello and welcome,

My name is Tena Posel, a certified coach and integrative body oriented psychotherapist.

I have entered psychotherapy space seven years ago as a client and in the process I fell in love with the beauty of the support and magic of group and truthfulness of individual processes and decided to become a therapist myself.

I have been trained in Integrative Body Oriented Psychotherapy and have experience working with clients for the past three years. Besides therapy background, I have 10+ years of experience of working in a corporate environment and I enjoy helping individuals and small businesses optimise their processes and create conscious, wholehearted base for balancing private and business life.
